Community Based Rehabilitation

The Tororo Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation Service Programme, also known as CBR, was initiated in 1997 to coexist with the Optic/Opthalmic services. The aim is to rehabilitate those persons with body impairments in their community and/or home. CBR field staff regularly visit patients in their homes to provide physical, emotional, and economic support through rehabilitation. Our CBR workers handle conditions that range from physical disabilities, visual impairments, and mental impairments to hearing difficulties, socio-economic struggles, and education support..To learn more about how CBR operates or if you have any questions, click the button below.
